To make a booking, please ensure that the period you want is free before contacting us.

If you would like to make a reservation a £150 or 150 euros deposit per week will be required to secure a booking. The full balance together with a refundable damage/key deposit of £150 or 200 euros becomes payable six weeks prior to your arrival date. The prices quoted are for 4 guests sharing the apartment. If there are 5 or 6 guests a surcharge of £25 or 27 euros will be charged to cover the extra costs of cleaning, linen/towels etc.

Cots can be provided on request for an additional charge.

Additional information about rental rates

Changeover day can be flexible. Part weeks of a minimum of 4 nights will be considered.

Normal check-in time is 4.00 p.m. on your day of arrival and check-out is 10.00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. A later check-out time may be possible on request. On a two week booking or more a mid term clean and linen change will be included in the rental price.

Additional information about rental rates, changeover days and part weeks of a minimum of 4 nights will be considered on request.

Our local Managing Agent looks after the apartments at all times ensuring that your stay can be as comfortable as possible.

Long term rentals are welcome with generous discounts depending on the time of year and length of your stay. Please enquire for further details and prices.

We would recommend you take out your own Travel Insurance Policy.
