Changeover day is normally Saturday, but flexibility is possible outside the peak season of July and August. Part weeks of a minimum of 4 nights will be considered.
Normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Some flexibility is possible on request.
A £100 (150 euros) deposit will be required per week to secure a booking. The full balance becomes payable six weeks prior to your arrival date together with a refundable damage/key deposit of £150 (200 euros). The prices quoted are for 4 guests sharing the apartment but if an additional 1 or 2 stay, a small surcharge of £25 per week will be charged to cover extra costs of cleaning linen etc. Further information can be obtained from the owners.
