We offer accommodation for groups of friends, families and golfers. The properties were constructed in 2004 and are situated in an elevated position just 1 km from the beautiful and secluded Puerto de la Duquesa, only 25 minutes from both Marbella/Puerto Banus to the east and Gibraltar to the west. It is surrounded by the full size 18 hole Duquesa Golf Course and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the beautiful marina, bars, restaurants, shops and beach.
Our fully fitted luxury self catering apartments are situated in prime elevated positions on the first and second floors at Duquesa Suites with stunning views of the sea and surrounded by the golf course. Each apartment has been furnished to a high standard and offers two bedrooms, a living room with an excellent sofa bed which can sleep an extra two people, two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bath and the other with a walk-in shower unit.
The apartments have high quality marble floors throughout, are fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) in all rooms and have a well equipped kitchen, with a cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
There is a fully fitted utility room housing the washing machine as well as the hoover and other cleaning equipment. The lounge/dining room is well furnished with a dining table for six, two sofas (one of which converts to a good quality double bed), TV with satellite UK channels, together with a DVD/CD Recorder System. Patio doors lead onto an extensive South West facing terrace which is equipped with a table, recliner chairs and foot stools.
